SOLUS was just selected for another two festivals in the United States. First up is Flatlands Dance Film Festival, where SOLUS was selected out of a pool of 460 films from 59 countries. The screenings will take place on August 31st - September 1st at the Knight Auditorium, Spurlock Museum in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Up next is Capitol Dance & Cinema Festival on September 9th at AFI Silver Theatre & Cultural Center in Silver Spring not far from Washington DC.
CANADIAN PREMIERE
SOLUS is headed towards Canada, as we have been selected for Cascadia Dance & Cinema Festival in Vancouver. Catch it at June 3rd at Vancouver International Film Centre
Another award for SOLUS
SOLUS was awarded "Best International Short" at Jacksonville Dance Film Festival in Florida, USA. That is the second award our film receives and we are extremely happy and proud to have made a work that touches audiences around the globe.

GREEK PREMIERE WITH SOLUS
On the 20th of January 2018 SOLUS will be screened at Athens Video Dance Project in Greece. We are very happy to be a part of the selection at this cool festival!
FRIDAY NIGHT SHARINGS AT DANSEKAPELLET
On February 2nd I will be hosting and curating an event at Dansekappellet (The Dance Chapel) in Copenhagen. The program will be diverse and includes work by following artists:Anna stamp Møller (DK), Emilie Gregersen and Camilla Lind (DK), Jan Vesala and Antoinette Helbing (DK/DE), Maïté Jeannolin and Charlotte Marchal (FR) and myself.
FESTIVAL NORDIQUE IN PARIS
SOLUS is about to hit France at Festival Nordique at Théâtre National de Chaillot in Paris. The film program will be screened throughout the festival from 16-27th of January. À bientôt!

ARTISTIC LEADERSHIP AND BOARD MEMBER AT HAUT
I am joining the board and artistic leadership at HAUT theatre – an initiative that curates and supports the development of new performative works and experiments in Copenhagen. HAUT is led by a team of choreographers, directors, producers and entrepreneurs within the arts and I am excited to join forces with the powerful and talented group of people behind this.
PANEL DISCUSSION AT THE DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM FOR PERFORMING ARTS
On Thursday the 12th of October The Development Platform for the Performing Arts will host a panel discussion on producing within the field of choreograpy and performance.I am invited as a self-producing artist and look forward to share and debate visions and ideas with the rest of the panel and the audience.
Selected for residency at Taipei Artist Village
From October-December 2018 I will participate in the Tapei Artist Village residency alongside 10 other international artists from various art fields. I will collaborate with sound and video artist Tim Panduro (DK) to create a new work scheduled to premier in 2019.
The residency is supported by AIR Taipei and The Danish Art Foundation
ATTENDING POOL17 IN BERLIN
SOLUS has been selected for POOL17 at Dock11 in Berlin. The screening will take place on the 5th of October and we will be there as well. The program is super exciting and we hope to see some Berlin friends there
BUCHAREST INTERNATIONAL DANCE FILM FESTIVAL
SOLUS has a busy schedule… Within the first ten days of the premiere we will have screenings in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Romania. The latter is at Bucharest International Dance Film Festival, where SOLUS is scheduled on the 9th of September.
FRINGE FRINGE FRINGE
Screendance Stockholm and the Nordic Fringe Network has curated SOLUS to be a part of the dance film program for Stockholm Fringe Festival (STOFF). The screening will take place in Cinema Zita on 10th of September 2017. The whole selection will tour, meaning that SOLUS will visit Norway (Bergen Fringe Festival, 11.-13.09.2017), Cyprus (Buffer Fringe IV, 11.11.2017) and Australia (Sydney Fringe Festival, 05-10.09.2017). Thanks to The Danish Art Foundation we will be in Stockholm as part of STOFF 2017

Once again I received a working grant from The Danish Art Foundation, which gives me the opportunity to continue my work and artistic development. I am very thankful for the support and recognition and I am excited to share the outcome of this precious time
