DUALITIES
In Dualities, choreography merges with immersive 3D video projections to create a shifting visual universe where the boundary between physical and digital reality begins to dissolve. Through hypnotic reflections, mirrored bodies, and optical illusions, the performance explores the fragile relationship between our physical selves and our digital identities — and what happens when these worlds start to overlap, distort, and multiply.
Developed through a close artistic collaboration between Simone Wierød and Carl Emil Carlsen, the work unfolds as a poetic and visually striking experience that invites audiences to reflect on identity, perception, and the many reflections we inhabit in an increasingly hybrid world — both online and offline.
The performance features dancers Magalí Camps and Roosa Törmä with an original music score by M€RCY and costume design by Marie Nørgaard Nielsen.
